Beverly Hills resident Adrienne Switzer has been named regional manager for Goldrich Kest, one of Southern California’s largest and most diversified real estate development and management companies. The industry veteran will oversee a number of properties in Marina del Rey and the surrounding communities including senior living community, market rate apartment communities and the Dolphin Marina boat slips. She also will play a key role in managing some of the company’s affordable apartment buildings that service low-income families.
Among her duties will be overseeing the daily operations of each property, working with its managers, preparing budgets and planning and overseeing any construction projects including the impending remodel of the Dolphin Marina, which is currently in the planning stages.
The Phoenix College graduate brings nearly 25 years of experience to the job, having been a, senior asset manager, portfolio manager and regional property supervisor for private real estate investment firms and property management companies.
